The data will be kept as long as you do not request its deletion, and, in any case, for the time required by the applicable legislation and until the possible responsibilities derived from the contract have prescribed.
The data relating to posting comments on our products will be kept for the duration and advertising of the products or services to which they refer, unless you express your wish that they be deleted at any time.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the interested parties may oppose to the processing of their data. In this case COPYCAT will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

How have we obtained your data?
The personal data that we treat in COPYCAT comes from the interested parties themselves or from their legal representative.
We remind you that you should not provide third-party data, unless you have permission to do so and have been previously informed.
No special categories of personal data are processed, i.e. data revealing ethnic or racial origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data aimed at uniquely identifying a natural person, data relating to health or data relating to the sexual life or sexual orientation of a natural person.

It is the obligation of the interested party to keep the data updated. It is also the obligation of the person responsible to guarantee the confidentiality of the data.

COPYCAT employs appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk posed by data processing, in particular as a result of the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, retained or processed, or the unauthorised communication or access to such data.
